Quality Inn Montgomeryville-Philadelphia

Our room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. We were told it was entirely smoke-free and that it always had been. Later, when we were given another room on the second floor, the "owner" told us the second and third floors only had always been smoke-free. That explained why the first floor room had the smell it did.

I really enjoyed my room. The bed was big and comfortable, the room was very clean, and the spa tub was amazing.

Unfortunately, the older male receptionist at the front desk messed up my perception of the staff. He was very rude, appeared to not like his job, condescending, and made me rethink if I wanted to stay here still, despite possibly losing money.

The bed was comfortable.

You can tell people did smoke in the hotel before. It smelled of old cigarettes. The staff was okay but one of them was a bit surly.

Breakfast fruits is not fresh.

Splendid Escape!

This hotel provided a perfect getaway. I appreciated the polite staff who offered numerous room options upon check-in. The King Room with Spa Bath was immaculate, and the breakfast was a satisfying start to my day. Truly a rejuvenating experience, highly recommend!

Great Stay! Debbie at the front desk is excellent! We were happy with our stay & the breakfast.

The indoor golf was really fun and we also enjoyed some ice skating at Hatfield Ice Arena. The room was clean, and the staff was super friendly. A fantastic getaway spot where we made great memories!

Only one entrance

Clean, hip new hotel, I enjoyed a nice size rooms and very efficient staff. The room was updated linens flooring furniture and available with a jacuzzi tub and a king size bed, for instance. That venue was in a peaceful location, far from the PA turnpike.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the cozy bed and the relaxing hot tub that made unwinding so easy after a long day. The breakfast spread was decent, and I loved picking up a coffee before heading out. The only downside was a bit of noise from the hall, but it didn’t ruin our overall experience! ☕

The staff was friendly & helpful even taking time when they saw us to make sure we were aware of benefits available to us at different times of the day.

The military discount was worthless. I got better pricing by using an online broker ( Booked.net). The beds were just Twin beds not queen size like competing lower priced hotels. Our room had dirty clothes items from previous visitors that was missed by the cleaning staff.
